Pave West prides itself on doing each job well. Our reputation is important to us and the quality of our work is the cornerstone of our reputation. On each project we work closely with you, our clients, to ensure that the materials used and the scope of work meet job specifications. It is our goal on every job to maintain the caliber of work that you have come to expect from us, and that we require of ourselves. Our full-time Safety Officer also inspects jobsites to monitor the quality control of your project. 

All employees are trained in the dos and don’ts of correct paving procedure. They are aware of the many pitfalls of working under a variety of differing scenarios, including the impact of adverse weather conditions, subgrade issues, and navigating tight and inaccessible areas. Each job is evaluated by our Dispatch Department and the General Supervisor to ensure that the necessary equipment is available and on site to meet the job specifications.
