BUDGET NUMBERS AND ESTIMATING

At Pave West we are a full-service paving contractor. It is our goal to meet your project needs from inception to completion. Our estimators can download to scale from a PDF or copy a full set of drawings from a CD. Our Plan Room has a plotter and digitized scaling capability, and our staff are fully trained to do quantity take offs and estimating.

When you contact one of our estimators for a bid proposal, they will take your plans however they are transmitted and do the take offs. After they get the most competitive price estimates available at the time from the suppliers best able to satisfy the requirements of your project, the Proposal will be sent to you. What distinguishes Pave West in this area from other paving contractors is that the owners, Don Mangan and Rick French, take a very hands-on approach to the estimating and bidding process. While our expert estimators prepare the proposal, Don and Rick are aware of and often involved in direct consultations regarding the idiosyncrasies of your project.
