Sci-Tech Encyclopedia says it is used when the goal is to, “secure as much as possible of what is wanted from each unit of the resource used…(it) is unique in that it effectively uses both knowledge and creativity, and provides step-by-step techniques for maximizing the benefits from both.”

When Pave West arrived at the Azusa Commons (Citrus and Alosta) jobsite we discussed different options that would meet the needs of the owner.
