2ND & PCH is a high-visibility, open-air lifestyle center at the gateway of Long Beach that brings retail, dining, and entertainment to the corner of 2nd Street and Pacific Coast Highway.

For this ground-up build, PaveWest placed 3,300 tons of asphalt to create durable, smooth driving and parking surfaces built for daily, high-turn traffic. We also striped two parking structures and completed specialty street striping, delivering clear wayfinding and safer flow where it matters most: entries, exits, turns, and pedestrian conflict points.

The result is a site that looks clean, feels organized, and functions like it should to support an upscale shopping experience while helping reduce confusion, bottlenecks, and risk.
